5 days no WAZDAN payout

Hey everyone.

Be careful when gambling on the new WAZDAN Hold and Spin slots. They are broken. I hit a bonus on Dwarf Fortunes and it took 2 hours for my account to be credited. In my history it says i staked 0$ and won $90. Literally 3 days later I go to try Fortune Reels, hit a bonus over 100x, same thing happens. Instead of being credited in 2 hours though, its been 5 days and still no payout. Do not trust WAZDAN specifically but I would also be wary on other slots. If your slot machine ever malfunctions, its not as easy as providing the detials and getting a fix. I came to find that out the hard way. Never seen this issue anywhere else so thought I would leave a heads up. If it can happen to me it can happen to you. Essentailly be careful because there are some slots in the casino that are blatantly untrustworthy.

This would likely simply be due to a stuck bonus round which is something that happens from time to time and not likely necessarily related to the specific game type. Can you provide us the exact game, time and date so we can look into this for you?

Usually the following resets the spin:

Log out of all browsers and devices.
Log back in and go back to the game or slot you were playing on the same browser.
Attempt to make the same bet amount as the one that got stuck
If this doesn’t work create a duplicate tab of the game and see if this one works.
If none of this works try clearing your cache and cookies and trying one more time.

Ive tried all of that multiple times trust me. Ive sent videos. It wasnt an insignificant win for me. I dont think you can explain the glitch as a stuck spin if the first time it happened (same provider) the win was credited 2 hours afterwards, saying i staked 0$ to get the win. It is simply likely that you got the previous spin unstuck after 2 hours and this one hasn’t got unstuck yet. We can generally manually reset or close these if need be. I’ll escalate now as I do see that this game is one that we need to escalate. I’ll hopefully have some answers in the coming days while we have our Casino team take a look.

The problem simply shouldnt take this long to resolve. I have support telling me they cant see the issue at hand. Worst customer experience ever

I was told I would atleast have an answer in 24-48 hours, its been 6 days now with nothing.

UPDATE: The issue was resolved, took longer than Id like but my balance was adjusted correctly! Thank you to all that helped with my case
