Black Level Not a Reward

Tremendous disappointment on reaching “Black” level. Not only was there no type of reward given for reaching your “highest” VIP level, the rewards for play are exactly the same, but you completely stopped giving any free gifts which I used to receive frequently but now haven’t seen one in over 3 months or the same time I reached the new tier. I receive more deals and offers from another site which I have barely used. I’ve always been happy with Bodog but this has been very disappointing.

Reaching Black allows you to convert more reward points and, yes, you do receive different offers than lower tier accounts. Because the majority of the rewards are distributed at random, we recommend keeping an eye out for rewards that we send out. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improving.

I agree with @Redbeard01 here and not @Abdul. It seems like bodog front loads the rewards for new players and is very bad at rewarding loyal players who have spent lots of time and money on the site. The past 2 or so years the rewards and bonuses have been seeming to disappear for the loyal and longer tenured customers. As @Redbeard01 mentioned other sites that you use less frequently and have spent less money on are better with the rewards than bodog. Bodog’s rewards and bonuses is what kept me active on the site, now I rarely play on bodog as other sites incentives are far far greater

@Redbeard01 couldn’t agree more, I’ve been happy with bodog for the most part but they kind of stink when it comes to rewards and stuff. Another site I use gives me $10 a week in free bets as long as I deposit 10 dollars. Where as here you could wager a ton and get nothing back lol. I like bodog and will continue to use them but would be nice to see them step up a little bit and reward players a bit better other than the shitty Bitcoin offers they do.

Agree.
The fact that one could donate a pretty good sum here in a short time and not get a non deposit bonus from customer service even $10 speaks volumes.
Sending out VIP offers stating one has dropped and when you check it’s not there, has happened many times.
Nothing random has dropped for me in many many months, don’t know what Abdul is referring too.
What I do know is that there have been many many threads on this, and a customer survey was sent out a few months ago. And as a result…I have noticed absolutely no change in anything!!!

Yea it’s frustrating, I remember years ago when they use to hook up alot of free bonuses, now I just deposit and they don’t even say thanks, doesn’t matter how many times you deposited in a week they show no appreciation, the fact they promote Monday deposit bonuses on their main page is completely laughable
