Completely disgusted by my customer service agents

All my years on bodog i was just treated with such disrespect. Agent didnt want to deal with the issues, so she lied pretended to pass me to a “specialist”: ask to be pass to a supervisor and wouldn’t transfer me. 6 times i asked and over 2 hours today on chat.

Look at their prize structure for their US customers vs Canadian customers on their Superbowl prop contest via bovada community forum. I realize how much their US business outweighs their Canadian clients. But still funny, the jersey is basically a bottom raffle prize in the US while it’s top prize in Canada.
