Deposit bonus not eligible? how?

I am a loyal customer that deposit 15-20k weekly.

I deposit more than vip members and i know this because i know some of them on this site.

Its weird that im not a vip yet and im consistently depositng way more than them, i am definitely eligible.

While depositng way more than average vip members, im getting way less comps.

I have not received deposit bonus in my last 6 deposits and the agent just told me im not eligible again.

How is this possible?

Why am i being so under compensated and unappreciated as a high roller player here?

This is outrageous and every friday i receive another little gift but 2 days ago i havent received anything.

Why is it that the vip members are receiving 75% match upto $1000 but i cant even get 50% upto $500 but im making more deposits than them?

If someone can get back to me regarding depodit bonus as soon as possible, it would be appreciated.

Please note that you were offered an additional bonus this morning and we simply don’t generally provide them more than once per day. These are rare exceptions in addition to all other promoted benefits, and not something provided after every deposit or even necessarily on a daily basis. This wouldn’t be provided to any VIP’s either.

Little gifts are a random promotion and not something that is offered on a routine basis, it is merely coincidence if they’ve been provided on Fridays consistently.

Lastly, ultimately any invite to our highest tier is at the discretion of the [program team. All we can really offer is to continue to play at a level that is comfortable to you and hopefully you will get an invite.

i am having the identical issues! No more my little gifts and no more deposit match bonuses for sportsbook! i even have over 9 million rewards points and am a loyal black level member!
