Interact deposit issues

This has got to be the most annoying thing every since the site went down a month ago I was unable to deposit interact i know right away because it changes my limit from 1500-500 and then says I have to contact you guys. I have chatted with support I don’t know how many times and no resolution no answers. It is completely random too it has happened 3 times in the last 2 days. Getting fed up

We do see successful deposits since this, perhaps it is just a connection issue. Are you still experiencing this? Note that it may have also been due to the recent Rogers issue that has been resolved.
