Is your Deposit System Down today?

I am an 8 million lifetime points customer - and I tried to deposit today (as I do several times a week) and money came out of my account (interac) - I have a confirmation saying Bodog has the money - but it’s not i my account? Spent an hour on chat - they are trying to escalate it - but overall - the experience is not good and concerns me when I can’t get answers.

So the question after sending several unanswered emails to bodog support and to your interac payment provider - where is my money - and how do I get it back? Is there anyone at Bodog who I can contact for help?
