Live agents promoting gambling money I do not want to lose

Bodog has truly let me down today. Firstly it is all the changes with the free bets. Started when you could not receive back to back free bets and now if you have any sort of deposit bonus in your account you are not eligible. I only sports bet and since I have my original deposit bonus still available for the casino (150% up to 900) that I do not want to use I am not eligible for free bets. I went into live chat yesterday and today to get answers. Both times they firstly misunderstood me (happens a lot with useless bodog agents) and then proceeded to tell me both times you can’t forfeit the deposit bonus. I then spoke with a manager who gave me 2 options. To use the deposit bonus or to wait 7 YEARS for the deposit bonus to expire. That is some sort of joke and after continuing to speak she said well you will then have to make a deposit and continued to pressure me to deposit as that would be the only way a free bet would be able to be added. She continued to say this and for me to lose thousands in your site every month to then not be able to be eligible for non deposit bonuses to compensate for some of my losses is an embarrassment. The deposit bonus can’t be forfeited in any way and I do not know what to say anymore. How can a deposit bonus not be unadded from my account so i can get free bets with the only 2 options is to wait 7 years for it to expire or for me to deposit funds i simply do not want to deposit as i do not use the casino. I would love to have this resolved and receive a free bet for the hundreds ive lost already this week. This is just unfair and you are treating a vip customer terrible basically forcing my hand to deposit funds into your casino i do not want to deposit at all. I hope to hear from someone soon

This was handled by CS already, but just to clarify you were advised that a bonus cannot be removed from your account. This would be correct.
You can however choose to use it and then forfeit it if you wish to do so.

that is simply not true. you can’t forfeit this bonus at all from your account or it gets put back in. For me to receive a free bet on your site due to your changes i need to deposit money i dont want to deposit or wait 7 YEARS. yes you heard that right. Your live agents also do not understand a thing ever and are pretty useless and also promote losing money i do not want to lose. This is all just incredible

This is not accurate. If you forfeit a bonus after redemption it would not be put back into the account. You do however receive some weekly bonuses so they would be put back routinely or on a weekly basis. Note that ultimately our rewards program and on site or account bonuses are our main benefits. Any request bonus would be additive and in addition to all these other scheduled bonuses.

this is 100% true. you either force me to deposit or make me wait 7 years for me to get any sort of free play on your site. I NEVER use the casino but it forces me to if i want free play. There is no way to forfeit the bonus and get it entirely out of my account without depositing. Not to mention how terrible live agent are here on your site as well

mobamba: There is no way to forfeit the bonus and get it entirely out of my account without depositing.

This is exactly what Paul stated above in the first place that you posted was simply not true.

Paul: but just to clarify you were advised that a bonus cannot be removed from your account. This would be correct. You can however choose to use it and then forfeit it if you wish to do so.

so what that i have said is untrue? i am forced to deposit funds i dont want to use on the casino or wait 7 years for it to expire. only way i get free bets now is by doing 1 of those 2 options and basically forcing me to deposit funds as agents have suggested to me

What you stated that was untrue was what Paul had countered above.

mobamba and then proceeded to tell me both times you can’t forfeit the deposit bonus.

'The deposit bonus can’t be forfeited in any way and I do not know what to say anymore.'

Also then stating that he was incorrect, when he explained essentially the same thing you are stating above now. Yes unfortunately in order to forfeit bonuses you will still have to deposit to use them first.

so still the only way to get free bets on your site is by losing money i dont want to lose in the casino or wait 7 years. those are my options

If you have bonuses available in your account then you can use those if you wish to, if you do not have any bonuses available then your account can checked to see if there is anything that can be added as an exception.

Can you explain when this was so we can review please? On quick glance here we do see you being provided a 50% deposit bonus last week by an agent on the 15th, but the sequence of events is not completely correct. You did request a non deposit bonus and a deposit bonus was provided to you without confirmation. However, the same agent did not attempt to lie to you or advise you that they hadn’t provided the bonus. They were clear that they had given it to you. They also did not afterwards state that they couldn’t provide you a non deposit bonus due to having a reward available.

I do agree they should have first confirmed if you wanted the bonus, but stating they lied to you directly afterwards does not appear to be accurate. I don’t see any other interaction where a bonus was provided to you during a conversation last week.

Yeah I recently asked a live rep for a bonus for the first time after seeing it talked about here. I was told to wait patiently for the “another little gift”. It’s sad that books I have been with for far less time and deposited far less money into treat me much better as a customer

Generally speaking if a bonus is manually added it can be removed, system bonuses generally can’t.

Perhaps this is the reason the last couple of times I have been on chat for so long with NO RESULTS, they are now looking not only into wagering activity but making sure a bonus is there. I’ve had a casino bonus there for over 2 years and will never redeem, odd there is no expiry date to that.
