We will be performing scheduled maintenance on January 12th, which will result in the website being unavailable for approximately 3 hours between 5:00a and 8:00a ET.
The forum will also be unavailable during that time, but if you have any questions before the maintenance or after it is completed, please post them here.
In preparation, the following will be done:
POKER

The Poker Tournaments listed HERE will be cancelled.

Any Multi-Table Tournaments that are still running at 4:40a ET on January 12th will be stopped, and remaining players will be paid as per the Tournament Cancelation Policy.

Cash Game Tables, including Zone Poker, will close at 4:00a ET but any hands in progress at that time will complete first.

Sit and Go’s will stop spawning at 3:00a ET, and if you are registered for one that doesn’t start by that time, you will be unregistered and refunded. Any Sit and Go’s that are still running after 4:40a ET will be stopped and players will be paid out as per the Tournament Cancelation Policy.
SPORTS
- The Sportsbook will be unavailable 15 minutes before the outage. Any winnings from wagers settle during the maintenance will be available in your account once the maintenance is complete.
CASINO
- The Casino will stop being available 15 minutes before the outage. If you are in the middle of a hand or spin, it should complete before the outage, however if it does not, it will complete once the maintenance is over.
CASHIER
- The Cashier will be unavailable 15 minutes before the maintenance and will return as soon as it has been completed.
