Trying to withdraw money using a bank transfer and I’m not receiving the SMS codes. Things were working fine last night - are there tech issues on the site end with sending texts?

I also have experience this issue as well. Spoke to 4 representatives in 4 hours, one being a supervisor who offered me 20 bucks for the inconvenience which isn’t even half a percent on the money they holding. I am not happy do not make a deposit you will no be able to withdraw!

Apologies for the late reply on this. Is this still currently happening? We did have a few intermittent issues a few days ago but this has been resolved.
