This is a “trash show” terms and conditions also state compensations for unexpected outages. No compensation for the sportsbook outage the other day during NCAA basketball games in the afternoon. LoL?
I thought it was kind of amusing as well that the topic was closed. I posted a comment about not receiving my $10 on another thread, and no doubt moderator(s) saw it, but just chose not to respond. Speaks volumes of how things have deteriorated.

And to think, Promotions/Marketing/Customer Service agents pushing “refer a friend”, a message with extra incentive sent out yesterday.
They seem completely out of touch with what has been going on. They shouldn’t be though, they’re the one’s who are responsible for stopping all the perks.
This latest gaffe is the icing on the cake. Been going on over a week, and they can’t be bothered to rectify it or even send out a message on it. But, they want your friends to join. Why, because they have driven many away the past while!!

me too been over a week after sending copy of email to customer service was told 48 to 72 hours get response back and heard nothing worst part is one spoke too on chat was getting mad saying i never received that i was lying that bodog never sent email out to me lol
