Good day all. New to this Casino site.

I withdrew my winnings, got my code and then got an email advising me they couldn’t verify my address.

I spoke with chat agent on the site yesterday. I asked her about verification documents and she advised me all I need was my phone number and PIN?

Hi @Phyllis, welcome to the forum. As I checked the conversation I can see that agent asked your Date of birth and 4 digit PIN code to verify the account and then the chat timed out due to inactivity. As for the physical address update please contact Live chat support and they’ll assist you.

Thank you for your response, there is no tab for me to click on to verify and there is no chat agent available.

The verification on the chat is general procedure for every account and every interaction. Please note that if unable to get hold of an agent within 20 minutes, the Chat request will automatically timeout, hence we ask you to try again at a later stage in the hope that the queue will clear by then.
