Withdrawl failed

I tried to do an etransfer withdrawal. I didnt receive the password until i had locked myself out. I thought the message code sent with the etransfer was the password as ive never done it before.

What happens now, how do i get my money?

On our end this withdrawals created yesterday has already been sent out, as long as the details were correct we’re not seeing any issues.

Hey thanks for getting back to me. I didnt receive the password email until after the etransfer. I tried to use the code @****** that was in the etransfer message as thw password, as well as the varification code i received when i request the withdrawal and it locked me out and told me it needs to be resent

Understood, so the issue is that you’ve entered the wrong password on the etransfer itself. We’ll escalate to see what we can do here.

Thanks. Ya sorry ive never done a withdrawal and the password came 10 minutes after the etransfer. It was too late by then.
