Why doesnt Bodog give anything for your birthday? Today is my Birthday and other casinos gave me free spins and specual offers. Bodog does nothing??

@Sunshinells998 I’ve been a bodog member for over a decade. One time I think it was 6 or 7 years ago bodog gave me a $100 bonus for my birthday. Recently though in past few years bonuses at bodog have disappeared completely aside from social media giveaways

Frizzle is 100% correct. All about social media and how they portray themselves. They’re solely relying on referrals as the only form of bonus to their loyal players. But, you got to ask, how many loyal clients would do that when they have had all the perks taken away from them over the past year!!

It’s become quite pathetic.
Everything from perks being taken away to this chat, where some players are asking serious questions and takes hours and hours to get a response. But, they do want you to refer your friends, lol.
Remember a few months back when the Forum Manager was apologizing for delays in regards to the customer service survey bonus and said he would add a little something extra. Well, nothing ever became of that either. Maybe it’s a good time for a little hiatus and see if things will improve. But, seriously doubt it.

What’s unfortunate is you guys do nothing for anyone that has been loyal for years, it’s just plain disrespectful at this point, new customers get all the perks while people who been here for long time are completely ignored (and someone in their PR thinks this is a good business practice)… Drug dealers have more respect for valued longstanding customers than this sports book
