I made black rewards member after 20 years of loyalty.
I am extremely dissapointed in this program. there is zero perks to this. I have asked in chat or email over and over about benefits and I have recieved none. It truly is a sham program.
The mods will end up trying to bury and delete this post within 5 days.
Player levels will have no influence over bonus eligibility. There are also no specific reward for changing player level, apart from the change in point redemption, but you do typically receive better rewards.
This is an awful loyalty and rewards system. one of the worst then.
and saying “typically” is a flat out misuse of words. it is you DO NOT get any better rewards.
Its funny because the only way to get to black reward level is through loyalty and usage and most sportsbook rewards customers for that. and you guys say it doesnt matter
Players with a higher player level typically get better rewards than players with lower levels, these would be what are available in your offers section, we are not referring to actually exemption bonuses to which you would speak to CS about, but rather standard rewards, that are available to all players.
