Firstly I love your sportsbook . How do i start ? I believe you have technical issue ,i keep getting emails and notifications that Just to say Thank you ,you are dropping an exclusive VIP bonus in to my account(you can check my account notifications) , and when i log in i see no bonus offer (only the casino one that is been their forever, i don’t play casinos). In the month of November you had run Bitcoin bonus "double your deposit up to $200 every week " despite getting weekly emails from you i only got it twice. I did check my offers every day .
Also i used to get cashback on my deposits ,and in the last 3 months i don’t think i got anything .
I am not complaining and as i said above i think it is a technical issue on your part.

So what is the exclusive offer to say thank you to me ?

Same thing happened to me too. It’s horrible. Told me how my withdrawls outnumber my deposits, but they can’t use that excuse now if they check my last 31 days of activity. Bonus program and rewards have completely disappeared. Guess were not VIP customers anymore. Time for a new book.

During that promotion, those rewards would have been calculated from the time of the last cashback bonus being issued. For example, if the last cashback bonus was issued 7 days earlier, the next week’s calculation would have been based on that 7 day timeframe. Please send us a PM should you wish for us to review any previous timeframes and further discuss your transactions history.

It looks like bodog departments do not communicate with each other in sink .One sending out offers the other one can’t honor them . "Just to say thank you for been loyal costumer " LOL . What’s this you are now in the spam business ? Maybe for the new book that just popped up is Ok .You guys claim to be professionals.
Just because of that i had not made a deposit and i have no intention to do one in the near future .

This happens to me every single time as well. I get an email from promotions saying I’ve received a bonus, but the bonus is never in my account.

Most recent example is today where I got a message saying “We’ve added a free bonus to your account balance; our way of showing our appreciation and yours to play with anywhere onsite”. Bonus is nowhere to be found in my account.

I received a notification that a bonus was placed into my account as compensation for the recent outage, but no bonus has actually been applied? I would hope there is some compensation because of all the lost opportunities the past 2 days!

I have the same issue. Everytime I received an email saying I have a bonus, I see nothing. Just like today.

Where can you find the bonus that was supposed to be in my account? I’m not seeing anything?

Yes different factors would’ve contributed to the amounts added.

The actual structure was at the discretion of our promotions team but would’ve taken into consideration your tier level, recent activity (deposits, withdrawals), etc

I like most have been checking back with the site over the last 24 hours attempting to use it, only to constantly be told it is still down for regular maintenance. I understand issues arise unplanned sometimes, and was gracious about the email I received this morning about the bonus funds to show appreciation. I logged into my account only to find no such bonus and no said bonus funds in my account. Is there also a delay with this, or was the email just to calm the waters.
