I checked my rewards store today to redeem a 100% up to $750, however, the bonus has changed now to “casino only” instead of being both a sports and casino bonus…Is it possible to request that my rewards store bonuses go back to being for both sports and casino?
These are not changeable unfortunately they are set by the marketing team.
Hard to see anything VIP about claiming 500,000 points ($500 value) for a $100 bonus.
Is this an error.

That does seem in line with the others, so I would assume not.
5 mil reward points for only $1000 is ludicrous!

The marketing team are an internal department, they are not player facing unfortunately.
