Bonus offer, no bonus offer chuckles


Got an email and notification yesterday. But no offer showed up. Customer service says the offer dropped but expired. What a clown show this has turned into.

They hadn’t been activated yet, but I’ve activated it now for you.

How come 1 chat session and 2 emails couldn’t get this resolved, but you could get it resolved in minutes?

Bonuses get added to accounts before you see them.
We see them as being added before they go “live” which would then put them into your rewards.
Although I’m not sure why CS were unable to activate them, unless of course they were not actually there when they checked.

I am having the exact same issue right now - had been receiving weekly VIP deposit bonus on Monday, didn’t last week, support cant help me. Please assist

You cannot switch between bonuses, it will use the first one you redeemed first. Unless of course one is specific to a certain type of bet, and the other one isn’t for example.
