Can't Log In Via FireFox

I’m unable to log in using FireFox Desktop. Each time I try, I get the following error:

Your email and/or password remain incorrect. Further failed attempts may result in your account being blocked. To log in please click on Forgot Password and follow the steps.

However I’m able to log in using FireFox on my Android phone and Microsoft Edge. On FireFox Desktop, I have uBlock Origins disabled.

Yup just tried and getting the same error.

Please try logging in using Google Chrome. This browser is most compatible with our site. We would also recommend using an Incognito window.

Microsoft Edge works. However I prefer to use FireFox as it is more secure and has better privacy than Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Also like I said, FireFox on Android works. It’s just FireFox on Windows Desktop that doesn’t work. I tried on multiple Windows computers and I always get the same error.

Just to confirm you are not using any VPNs when trying to connect correct?

No VPN. Straight from my computer to the Internet.

I’m still getting this error on FireFox on desktop. Any ideas? It’s very annoying being forced to use Microsoft Edge.

Can you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  • Try accessing the site using Firefox’s Incognito/Private Browsing mode

No it does not resolve the issue. Same issue on multiple computers using FireFox on desktop.

I will need to have this escalated further for you. Could you please provide us with a screenshot of what do you see when trying to login using Firefox and also the following information:

-Device used and operating system.
-Internet Service Provider

Is what it says. I’m using FireFox desktop on Windows 10. ISP is Distributel.

Again, no issues on Microsoft Edge. Just FireFox.

It shows that you were able to login about 29 minutes ago. Are you still having this issue?

Yes still cannot log in via FireFox, only Microsoft Edge.

Thanks for the update. Please attempt using a different device if you have available and if this does not provide any improvement, we recommend changing the method of connection.

As I said before, I tried multiple computers and it doesn’t work with FireFox. Only Microsoft Edge, regardless of whether I’m using WiFi or ethernet cable.

Sorry if some of the things you mentioned were missed, my apologies. Are you able to try Google Chrome?

Works fine on Google Chrome as well.
