Today, after wasting about 40 minutes of my time, an incompetent chat agent for this dumpster fire of a site offers and adds a $55.00 non-deposit bonus before immediately deleting the $55.00 and saying nothing can be done to re-add it.
Is anyone actually running this site? How can it run like this? Infinite incompetence.
I did check this for you at it would seem that the bonus was added in error, and at the time unfortunately you were not eligible.
Looks like the ON again OFF again promotions team seem to be OFF again.
Horrible how they treat loyal customers.
Some customer service agents will make you wait almost 20 minutes to give the impression they are looking and waiting for an answer in regards to a bonus. Total horse dung, when one agent took about 2 minutes to come back with an answer.
Man u have no idea…these agenta are driving bodog down the hole…
