Hi all,

So I am an American citizen and am living in Canada for the next few months temporarily for work. I opened an account and made a deposit and won some money but am being told via chat that I can’t withdraw since I’m not a Canadian citizen. However I have a proof of address that I currently live here. Will I be able to withdraw? Thanks so much!

As long as you have proof of address you should be fine. Any requested documentation should be sent to verification@bodog.eu

Thanks Paul! I submitted my ID for verification and it is an American drivers license. Will that count as a valid ID? Thanks so much again!

It should do, yes. They will let you know if you need to send anything else.
