We’ve been receiving some reports regarding login issues on the website. Please advise if you’re experiencing login issues as well.

I cannot login or navigate thru the pages, even after using Chrome, clearing the cache, and in incognito mode. When I’m able to login, I’m automatically logged out a couple mins later. What can I do about this?

I cannot log in to your website… I have to try at least 6 or 7 times until I give up… I am in British Columbia Canada… Is that part of the problem?? If this situation persists next time I am able to log in I will be cashing in my account and move to any of the dozens of other betting website available to me. Also pretty pissed that no one is answering your 800 number…Is there a solution forthcoming?..Mark in Canada

I do have problems as well … but live betting is in problem in last month or so…

I have been having a login and navigation issues for 2 weeks now. The site does not respond most of the time and when it does, sports to not load. I am a diamond member and have been with this site for the past decade but have moved on to Pinnacle.

Hi there

For 3-4 weeks now ive experienced a very clunky website. Trouble logging in, trouble adding bets to betslip, trouble loading pages, errors. A very terrible experience on bodog for the last month.

It is pretty pathetic that bodog has not sent out any email regarding these issues.

Any idea when this will all be resolved and can return to a smooth betting experience?

Every weekend now this site is glitching for UFC causing me to lose so much money. Glitching when trying to log in, then glitching when placing bets (error) so I am not able to place bets in between the fights, , then glitching when I am clicking what amount i want to bet. All of a sudden the click area on the screen does not align with numbers on the keypad. Some of these issues have been happening since I started with bodog about 7 years ago. Scorebet never does this. I recommend using them to avoid being scammed by this scheme. Seems like the clicking issue is being done on purpose to making people bet more than they wanted, and then they refuse to refund any bet. It’s happened to me many times.

We understand how frustrating and unpredictable these issues can be, and we want to sincerely empathize with any negative experiences you may have had. Since these problems seem to be intermittent, there’s a good chance that a few troubleshooting steps could help resolve or reduce them.

Even if you’ve already tried some of these suggestions, we recommend giving them another shot in case they help resolve or mitigate the issues:

  1. Switch from WiFi to mobile data, or vice versa. Using a wired connection is also an option when available.

  2. Try switching between different browsers, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer (we most recommend Google Chrome).

  3. Uninstall and then reinstall your web browser.

  4. Clear your browser history, selecting ‘For All Time’ or ‘All History.’

  5. Attempt logging in through a new incognito or private browsing window in Google Chrome.
