These issues are affecting everyone. For weeks. So my post shouldn’t be private. Its a public forum, lol. No wonder your forum is dead. Other people can benefit from this question, but not when you make it private.

Sorry, don’t understand this private issue. Its public forum and you continue to removing post ,making them pm. Not helping anyone by doing this. I explained 3 times the issues and still not looking into to it.
The registration screen keeps popping up for months. I’ve to click sports twice to remove the registration screen. And the finally i can log in like normal. And the bet slip is empty. And i can’t see my bet or cashout. Just under transactions.
Please send the details via PM so we can monitor the situation closely. Additionally, regarding your concern, please note that the Cash Out option is not available for all events or wager types
I already explained it 3 times. And yes i know how cash out works. The bet slip is empty with muti bets.

Pull out your laptop phone and try to login. And you will see what I’ve been try to tell you for over 2months. Every since you had all the different issues with website problems .
We have tried on pc and also on phone and are seeing no issues, this is why we are asking for screenshots, so we can understand better what you are seeing.
Hi Paul, here is a picture of my empty bet slip. I’ve 2 bets right now going. And its showing in my transaction.
Using chrome and fire fox same result. This started about a week ago.
Could you please confirm if you see this after clicking on ‘PLACE BETS’ or after choosing your bets, the bets disappear before clicking on ‘PLACE BETS’. Also could you please confirm if this happens during live betting or pre-game wagers?
After i place bets. Had 2 bets going. Not live play. This started last weekend. Bet slip is blank.
Please note the that after you click on ‘PLACE BETS’, your wagers will be removed from the bet slip and will be moved to the open bets section of your transaction history.
I’m confused? I was always able to check my bet slip after making a bet and also cashout if available. I’m not doing nothing different. How do i get my bet slip working again.
From our end the bet slip shows as on the screenshot below. You can see your open bets and cashout from the open bets tab on your transactions.

Hey Jacob, the bet slip is empty again. . Blank bet slip. I should be able to see my bets and cash out.
Like have for years.
