Wondering why etransfer and bank transfer methods are not available to me. I used a debit card to deposit, so not sure why only crypto options can be leveraged currently. Spoke with two live agents that explained this was the discretion of our withdrawal/deposit team and they are not available to be spoken too. Why are some players given this withdrawal option and others not?

All payment options are added by the payments team at their discretion so it may simply be unavailable to you unfortunately. Normally as you go along and increase your history with us more payment options are added.
