Nah.

On losing streaks before, I would make multiple deposits daily and receive non-deposit bonuses between those deposits via chat. That hasn’t happened in weeks. I finally asked a chat agent and a phone agent last week what the new eligiblity criteria was, and it sounded like a combination of deposits vs withdrawals and wins vs losses (which makes sense), and based on that, I should be more eligible lately than ever before for regular non-deposit bonuses. More recently, one agent finally divulged that having a deposit match bonus available makes me ineligible for a non-deposit bonus (Seriously? Lol). I suspect having ANYTHING available in my Rewards/Bonuses (whether I have enough points to redeem or not) makes me ineligible for a non-deposit bonus. That’s the only thing that makes sense at this point.

With all that’s been taken away from players–daily cashback, non-deposit bonuses, better deposit match bonuses, etc.–what is Bodog adding for incentives? Or is the goal to just get to a point where there are no incentives whatsoever and players are expected to just keep depositing into this black hole?

No, I don’t believe that. I lost almost $1500 over 24 hours and they wouldn’t give me anything. Previously, they were great and I lost far less than that, sometimes I would get 2 non-deposit bonusues in 1 week.

As I have said before, I have a casino match bonus which has been sitting in my account for maybe 2/3 years. Therefore, I assume I will never be eligible for a non-deposit bonus untiil that is gone!!! :joy:

Perhaps, if I deposit say $20 and redeem it, maybe all the promotions department will give me going forward is casino bonuses :rofl: :rofl: Nothing would surprise me on here anymore.

You either have a deposit match bonus available or used a deposit match bonus on your most recent deposit. It seems you’re ineligible for a non-deposit match either way. I deposited and lost $10K+ the last 31 days and am apparently still ineligible for a $20 non-deposit bonus. :upside_down_face:

There should just be a set compensation formula like the old cashback system. Lose x amount = X amount cashback. Simple.

I had a live agent last week tell me that the old cashback system wasn’t replaced by this new system with “another little gift”. Instead he said the cashback program is still around but only for bitcoin/crypto

i said this on my thread about agents but it is quite disturbing that they still force you to deposit with the casino bonus thats been in my account for a year to be eligible for a free bet. the options are wait 7 years or use funds i dont want to on the casino to receive anything on live chat. i deposited funds i didnt want to for the casino. lost it all and then still receive nothing. just does not make sense anymore and i feel it is more than fair that you tell us the criteria now as its clearly not just the difference of deposits and withdrawals as i would then be eligible for something. its just unfair to your loyal players

Yes, if you already have available offers that will play a role but for any exception bonus we would also take into account deposits, withdrawals and bonuses already issued/redeemed

Hi. I hope you can answer this question. Regarding the non-deposit bonuses, is the difference now that the chat agents are looking at our activity going back as far as possible (18 months as I understand) rather than a shorter, more recent timeframe?

that still does not make sense as I should be getting something every time i lose a deposit with my history. i am down tons but i still get nothing

just giving some follow up. i got a non deposit bonus for the first time in a long time so i guess they do give some out still. does not really make sense but i hope you guys can find some in the future as it is pretty rare

For bonus requests we’d look at more recent activity and not 18 months ago

i somehow did ya. i havent got one in over a month but i lost tons so i got rewarded one. i guess it is just extremely hard to get one but not sure

Finally got it out of a chat agent today that redeeming any deposit match bonus makes you ineligible for a non-deposit bonus for the rest of that day. Lol What a joke.

well i am sorry to tell you but as i have suggested in the past that is not true from live chat. I do not want to get banned from the forum but yesterday I deposited with a deposit bonus then got a bonus as well for 40 bucks. I do not want to be blacklisted but just telling you what I know. I would let one of the forum mods know and give them the name. This has frustrated me tons in the past too trust me

I appreciate that. I should be surprised, but I’m not. No 2 chat agents give the same answer.
