Im having an issue withdrawing my money. First off It is asking me to verify my old phone number that I have since changed. because I no longer have that number I am unable to receive the code to access my account. i basically need to change my phone number associated with my account but can not to that because they only send a code to my old number and customer service is non existent. what do I do ?

How can I update my phone number so I can verify through my phone number? My number needs to be updated in my profile settings but I can’t update it because I’m being told that I have to verify and a code is being sent to my phone number. I can’t get the code because it is an old number that needs to be updated. I’m stuck being unable to do anything in my account because I can’t get the code.

I am having the same issue as all of those above me. I need to upgrade my phone number so I can receive the code for a withdrawal.
PLEASE do not ask me to use your chat feature. Your chat hasn’t worked properly in months and I do not have several 20 minute increments of time available throughout the day to watch my attempts to reach somebody in chat time out on me again and again.
Email doesn’t work because I only receive a generic email suggesting I try the chat feature, followed by another email asking me to fill out a survey sharing my thoughts on the first email.
Please PM me instructions on how to update my phone number. I will be super grateful for your assistance. Thanks.

We’re sorry to hear. The chat feature is avaialble 24/7, however, it may get busier at times. The phone number may only be upgraded through our Live Chat.
Kindly access the Live Chat by following these steps:
- Go to the Help Section and select an article such as Casino.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and on the option ‘Did you find what you were looking for?’ press no
- Select Chat with us.
Hey Daphne. I’m sorry, but that’s ridiculous. How is it that the same process cannot simply be taken to update a phone number in this day and age, without requiring somebody to go through a chat feature that rarely works. Would you like me to video the number of attempts it requires me to wait 20 minutes only to be timed out and have to do it again? Your customers have busy lives, and this seems to me a measured effort to deter customers from updating information that would make it easy for them to make withdrawals. I had a heck of a time updating my email address a few months ago, but I wasn’t asked to go back to the chat function which clearly wasn’t working any better then than it is now. Why can I not simply email somebody my new phone number and have it updated. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!?
EDIT: Murhpy’s Law would have it that I was finally able to reach somebody in the chat feature after leaving a bitchy post. I still think the process is far to challenging, but I’m appreciative to nearly be done with the updating process.

Hey Daphne. No worries, I’ve changed my tone. Once I went through the process I realized the security measures that are in place, and I get all that. It is frustrating when the chat feature times out on multiple efforts, but I also understand it is a different world we live in today, and customer support staff may be limited. I figured I owed you guys one more post to say thanks for addressing this for me.
